CAOLAN WARD
St Eunan's

1. PAUL BURNS Donegal
Was totally deceived for one of Roscommon's goal, but was a commanding figure for rest of the game.
2. PAT GALLAGHER Ardara
Defended well and got forward to grab a goal as Ardara had two points to spare against Glenfin.
3. KEVIN O'BOYLE Antrim
The captain stuck tightly to Conor McManus, although the latter didn't look entirely fit.
4. COLIN WALSHE Monaghan
Was his usual high-octane self against Antrim. Held back his attacking instincts to blot out Paddy Cunningham at Casement.
5. CONOR WOODS Down Hurlers
Two points from dead-ball situations and another fine display in the Christy Ring from Woods.
6. VINNY COREY Monaghan
A late addition to the starting line-up, he bombed up and down the line all afternoon.
7. CHRISSY McDERMOTT Donegal Hurlers
Part of an exceptional Donegal half-back line who drove forward in the win against Roscommon.
8. DANNY CULLEN Donegal Hurlers
Took the game to Roscommon from the off, and finished with a 1-3 tally from midfield and full-forward.
9. OWEN LENNON Monaghan
after a very good showing against Antrim. Got his hands on a mountain of ball.
10. LEE HENDERSON Donegal Hurlers
Superb free-taking a crucial reason for Donegal's Nicky Rackard success. Finished in double figures (0-10) including four from play.
11. GRAINNE McGOLDRICK Derry Camogie
Kept the score board ticking over as Derry produced the goods in the second half to see off Armagh.
12. SCOTT NICHOLSON Down Hurlers
Quickest off the blocks to knock home the penalty rebound, and also managed two points - all in just 35 minutes of playing time.
13. PADDY McBREARTY Kilcar
Fourth appearance on TOTW in five weeks. The Kilcar man is simply in the form of his life. Eight points, again, against St Michael's, five from play. Set up a goal too.
14. GARETH JOHNSON Down Hurlers
His goals at the start and end of the contest ultimately proved decisive as Down saw off Kerry to claim their first Christy Ring Cup.
15. CHRISSY McGUINNESS Monaghan
Faced with a blanket of Saffron jerseys, McGuinness was one of the few who could find space. His 0-2 tally was well deserved.
Before you vote we would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to take part in our Gaelic Life survey. We'll even enter you into a draw for some GL merchandise.
