Kevin Cassidy: Gallagher handled Quigley situation well

LEFT OUT…Seamus Quigley had a watching brief against Monaghan

GAELIC Life columnist Kevin Cassidy has praised the manner in which Fermanagh manager Rory Gallagher dealt with the Seamus Quigley issue.

Analysing Sunday’s famous win over Monaghan, Cassidy said that Gallagher showed both authority and know-how when dropping the Roslea attacker for a disciplinary breach.


“He could just have easily ruled with the Iron fist and sure who would question him after what he has pulled off to date? He is smarter than that though and he knows that Quigley might just be needed down the line.”
