If you were throwing a party and you could invite anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you ask around?

The Coronas to sing ‘Taibhsí nó Laochra’ all night, Slaughtneil camogie team (Siobhán McKaigue as DJ).

Where do you like to go out to celebrate after a big victory?

I loved the nights we had in our own club hall, a large open space where damage can be kept to a minimum. I missed the days of the Slaughtneil disco but I’m sure they were even more crazy.

If you weren’t playing GAA what would you be at?

I think I would be living in the Basque country, experiencing their way of life and language. Or I’d live at home and attend all the music festivals that you mostly miss out on because of training/matches!

What’s the worst pitch you’ve ever played on?

Our own club pitch isn’t great sometimes with so many training sessions being carried out.

Which character in any film are you most like?

Hermione Granger possibly

Any odd items in your kit bag?

Fisherman friend Lozenges – nothing better to open the airways

What’s your preferred brand of gear?

I don’t have one – I wear any brand, any colours

Who’s the biggest joker in the teams you play for?

Mary Kelly always kept us laughing

Which team mate has the best looking other half?

Denise McGuigan’s man

Who is the worst trainer?

Not too many of those but our management could answer differently

Who spends most time in front of the mirror in the dressing room?

Possibly Maggie Bradley however it’s because she is plaiting everyone else’s hair

Who’s the best/worst person to share a room with on away trips?

Clare McG is the best….she has all the beauty products you could want
My sister Bróna as we already share a room at home

Who’s the best/worst person to sit beside on the team bus?

Siobhán the best as she has the supply of beetroot juice

Who has the best and who has the worst diet on the team, and what does it include?

My sister Eilís (pescatarian) and Dervlagh McGuigan have great diets. Josie ‘no cheese on pizza’ McMullan possibly the most fussy

Toughest opponent you have faced?

Lot’s of them during in house games!!

Best or worst quote you’ve heard, either from a manager, player, opponent?

Best manager you’ve ever played under?

Learnt loads on and off the pitch from Dominic ‘Woody’ McKinley

Best ever performance?

Game St.Pat’s Maghera v Loretto, Kilkenny in the All-Ireland A colleges final in Nowlan park, we drew….

One to forget?

The replay of the above match which was played in Glen, Maghera, we lost by a goal which they scored in the closing minutes. Maybe my club managers could mention a few more….

When you were playing in the back garden, who did you pretend to be?

Claire Doherty….our local camogie club and county star.

If there was a transfer market who’d be in and who’d be out of the team?

Rena Buckley from Corcaigh in, wouldn’t want anyone out, the more hard training the better.
