Pauric Grimes’s first article of the new year addresses what you should be doing during your January training sessions.
One piece of advice is train with a spotter.
“Make sure a spotter is present before attempting any Max testing for both lift safety and standards.
“If you are in trouble, they can pull you out. If your form isn’t up to scratch, they can pull you up on it.”
