Pauric Grimes warns against relying on motivation in your approach to fitness training.
“The whole idea of motivation is a trap.
“We wait to feel moitvation before taking any action.
“Now you might be asking what is the problem with that. The problem is that if you are always waiting for motivation to hit, you may be waiting for your whole life.
“While you are waiting on motivation, motivation is waiting on you.
“Because committed action comes first and motivated action comes next.”
He goes on to explain what Committed action is, and how you should be thinking about your training.
