MEMORIES…Kevin Cassidy got to spend time with Cormac McAnallen, something he’ll never forget

In this week’s Gaelic Life, Kevin Cassidy has spoken about what makes the International Rules so special for the players – the friendships.

Recounting his own time spent with the late Cormac McAnallen, Cassidy said his trip to Australia provided memories that he’ll cherish forever.

“For the remainder of the trip every now and again we would rekindle that conversation, bouncing things off one another. Cormac’s maturity and clarity around where and what he wanted to be made me stand up and take notice and I learned a lot from those little chats.”
