If you were throwing a party and you could invite anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would you ask around?

George Best and Leonardo DiCaprio would have some interesting stories to tell, and Pete Casey as no party is worth going to unless he’s there.

Where do you like to go out to celebrate after a big victory?

The Arkle bar for a few quiet pints.

If you weren’t playing GAA what would you be at?

Probably playing soccer for Downpatrick FC.

What’s the worst pitch you’ve ever played on?

Annaclone’s pitch is easily the worst but for some reason Benny McArdle loves playing on a pitch with the grass up to your knees.

Which character in any film are you most like?

Han Solo Star Wars.

Any odd items in your kit bag?

Johnsons baby shampoo.

What’s your preferred brand of gear?

Always wear Nike boots and they have to be black.

Who’s the biggest joker in the teams you play for?

Kevin Gracey. He’s always having a laugh and never grumpy or negative at all…

Which team mate has the best looking other half?

Anthony Doherty although it’s hard to keep up with him as his other half normally changes weekly.

Who is the worst trainer?

Caolain ‘Superstar’ Boyd. If he’s not injured he’s bluffing at training until the last run of course which he normally wins.

Who spends most time in front of the mirror in the dressing room?

Conor Spice McGrady.

Who’s the best/worst person to share a room with on away trips?

Joe Murphy is definitely the worst. I’ve never heard snoring like it.

Who’s the best/worst person to sit beside on the team bus?

David Mckiddon. Always has plenty of banter.

Toughest opponent you have faced?

Dan Gordon. He is from a neighbouring club and I’ve had plenty of tough battles with him down the years.

Best or worst quote you’ve heard, either from a manager, player, opponent?

Gerdie Collins, “no carbs before Marbs” not sure what that had to do with football though.

Best manager you’ve ever played under?

Conor Deegan aka The Big Director and his management team including coaches John Fegan and Conor O’Neill.

Best ever performance?

Ulster semi final against Donegal in 2013.

One to forget?

Ulster final v Tyrone 2017

When you were playing in the back garden, who did you pretend to be?

Barry Breen.

If there was a transfer market who’d be in and who’d be out of the team?

Garrett Trainor out, his nick name The Big Statue speaks for itself. Mickey Cunningham in. We need a decent goal keeper.
