He said that the work they do as teenagers will benefit them in the long term.

“You are in the absolute prime stage of your physical development to get strong.

“Biologically there is more testosterone in your body now than there will be at any point in your life, so don’t let that magical muscle growth hormone go to waste. Train hard, train smart, recover efficiently and perform at your best.”

Pauric goes on to explain what training hard and training smart means and gvies advice about what sort of work players should actually be doing.
