John Martin: Tipp defence won’t survive again

GAELIC Life hurling columnist John Martin has said that Tipperary’s porous defence will prove their undoing in Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final against Galway.

Recent clashes between the two counties at Croke Park have been incredibly close, but Martin has predicted a seven-point win for the Tribesmen.


“A Clare side which hasn’t exactly set the world alight this year scored three goals, had a fourth disallowed and saw Aaron Cunningham’s effort strike the side-netting, so it doesn’t take a genius to see that the issues for Tipp lie in their full-back line.”
