GAELIC Life columnist John Martin has said that the Antrim management was correct to include Arron Graffin in their starting side for last Saturday’s Christy Ring final loss to Carlow.
Writing in today’s edition, Martin said that the decision to parachute Graffin in was a no-brainer.
“The decision to start Arron Graffin has been questioned with the full benefit of hindsight, the suggestion being that it may have put a few noses out of joint when the rest of the panel have done the hard miles throughout the winter,” said Martin.
“I don’t think there are too many managers who wouldn’t have started Graffin if available to them.”
