GAELIC Life columnist Kevin Cassidy believes that Donegal are starting to see the negative impact of Jim McGuinness’s time in charge of the Tir Chonaill county.

Cassidy also believes that the players have become so programmed that they are no longer able to deal with the changing landscape of the game.

“After watching last Sunday’s League opener between Donegal and Kerry, I quickly realised that the robotic nature of our player development and coaching under Jim McGuinness has started to hurt our development at this level – and might do for some time to come.”
