With the Christmas period upon us, the temptation to eat poorly will be great for too many of us.
With that in mind, Pauric Grimes has outlined some tips to make sure that you don’t ruin your training programme, while at the same time enjoying yourself.
“If you’re going to eat something sweet that you wouldn’t in your normal week make sure it’s the tastiest thing that you can get your hands on.
“Don’t pick through a box of Roses all day. Get the loveliest mince pie that you can find and at least be satisfied with the food choice you are making.”
