Kevin Cassidy believes that the current Dublin team is the best to ever come out of the county.
There have been some outstanding sides to emerge from Dublin, not least ‘Heffo’s Army’, but Cassidy, writing in his Gaelic Life column, believes that the back-to-back champions surpass them.
“We have to applaud this fantastic group of Dublin players,” said the Donegal man.
“After putting back-to-back titles together, they have cemented their place as the greatest Dublin team of all time.”
