Following some questions from reader, Pauric Grimes addressed the issue of those who are not seeing the results they would like.
In particular, those who want to lose weight should be experience a drop if they are sticking to their dietary plans.
“Long and short of it is be consistent with your training, be consistent with your diet and be patient. Small steps forward week in
and week out will get you to where you want to be,” he said.
“If you’re training three or four times per week, you’re doing loads.
“If you aren’t seeing a difference on the scales then you need to take a long and hard look at your diet.
“Monday to Sunday, every week, every month. Not just Monday to Friday.”
