Armagh Junior Championship throws-in

Lissummon’s Paudie Rodgers
Friday 27th July, 7.30pm, Ballymacnab
Ballymacnab hosts the tie of the round as Lissummon, tied at the top of the junior league, face an Annaghmore side at the wrong end of the intermediate league.
Former Armagh goalkeeper Paudie Rodgers will lead the Lissummon charge from centre half-forward and his direct style will be vital as they aim to cause an upset.
Annaghmore’s league position belies their performances this year, as their fine attacking play had yielded less points than it should have. John McCormack, an excellent former county minor, is still their main attack up front and he will be ably assisted by the Maciomhairs, Oisin and Ciaran.
Verdict: Annaghmore
